We are Baseobs Care Ltd .

We thrive to make a real and lasting difference for everyone we support. We provide a range of specialist residential and supported living services for adults aged 18 years and over with a learning disability, autism or a mental health condition. We pride ourselves on offering the highest standards of person-centred care, tailored to the individual's assessed needs in a safe and homely environment. Our aim is to help everyone we support to lead fulfilled lives and where possible, achieve positive outcomes regardless of age or presumed ability. 

 

Our approach is based on serving with a sense of purpose. We prioritize helping you to remain connected to friends, family, and community. And, we always maintain a firm commitment to wellbeing that nourishes the body, mind, and spirit.

We aim to promote choice and involvement as much as possible, irrespective of the individual's level of support. We understand the importance of community involvement whether this is visiting local amenities, college or recreational activities. Our staff will support in sourcing, planning and attending all community activities. 

In additional to accessing community resources, our staff are trained in recognising the significance of professional involvement in the development of an individual's pathway plan. Our comprehensive support plans identify areas where an individual's skills can be developed. The support plan is created by the individual, their families and professionals with agreed goals.

Our business is about people, people who need hope and deserve a better future. Its about finding the spark that enables each of the people we support to grow in self-worth and where possible, independence. We aspire to deliver the highest quality of support and care across our various services, providing person centred care that adapts a holistic approach to the support we deliver. By providing a very bespoke service based on an individual's needs, we ensure they have all the support they require to develop and become as independent as possible.

We aim to deliver the highest possible quality of care to the people we support, adopting a flexible approach to individual needs by enabling them to continue to live in their own homes and helping to maintain their independence and preserve their quality of life.

Through a network and collaboration of high-quality professionals, we offer joined up care pathways for the people we support. We provide programmes which integrate healthcare, therapy, specialist residential and education services that are tailored according to individual needs in an appropriate setting.

We believe everyone needs a sense of belonging and a right of ownership to their lives. We will be reactive, compassionate, yet professional with our approach. We provide our services to those requiring minimal support right through to those with more complex needs.

Staff are fully trained to meet all local authority requirements plus additional training is identified and delivered around an individual's specific needs.
